Harrow Music Service have set up an online learning platform called “Charanga” in lieu of face to face teaching that will be a positive learning experience and keep your child engaged with learning their instrument until we can see them again. The website aims to:
- Give clear instruction on practising from week to week tailored to your child’s group so that they maintain and even improve their technical skills with practice.
- Your child’s teacher will at their discretion include elements that will enrich your child’s learning and engagement and keep them making progress
- Your child’s HMS teacher though they will not see the pupils, will be able to ‘see’ who has accessed the Charanga site with their logins and who has not. They will feed this information back to schools.
